**Be sure to read the News Flash and What's Happening Now!

If you have ever dreamed of life at sea, travel and beautiful sunsets, this is your program! California Monterey State Monterey Bay's Study at Sea program is co-sponsored with the California Maritime Academy. Participants live and study with cadets from CMA aboard their training ship, The Golden Bear. A 500-foot ex-navy oceanographic vessel, The Golden Bear is a unique living laboratory that offers CSU Monterey Bay students (referred to as cadets) two months of shipboard experience, classroom instruction, and a unique international travel experience.

Cruise 2006 is headed to South and Central America. The itinerary for the program is Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Costa Rica.

Visit our Travel Log and have a quick view of what went on during the cruise of summer 2004.

Pictures from the 2005 cruise coming soon!

Truly a chance of a lifetime!

This program is open to all, 18 years and older!
